Most of you know that my Mom has applied for the Ultrasound program at her school. Last year, there were 123 applicants and this year there were approximately 150 who applied. The school only accepts 12 students a year. Yes, that's right. 12.
Well, her advisor called on Monday to set up an appointment between Mom and the directors of the Ultrasound program. This was a surprise to my Mom, so she asked if the directors were meeting with ALL the applicants.
And do you know what that lady said?!
She said, "The directors of the program only want to meet with the top 20 applicants."
TOP 20!!
Now, this doesn't mean that she has been accepted yet. But she is pretty excited. Her meeting is on April 15th at 3 PM so start crossing your fingers, picking 4 leaf clovers, wishing on falling stars and praying! :)
