My day in Wisconsin

Yesterday was a great day. It started at 9 AM when Mom picked me up. We cruised down to Grammom's house (Papa is in Canada fishing), hopped into her red convertible and were on the road again in no time. We made it to Gammy's around noon and she had lunch ready for us! Aunt Kay (Grammom's sister) came to hang out with us and so did Doris and Cheryl. All those ladies must have been having fun because my head was spinning from all the chatter and laughter.

After lunch I played UNO with Gammy and Grammom.

Grammom and Mom wanted to visit a little shop in town so Kay and Gammy took me to the beach! There was a huge playground and everything. It was awesome. I had a great time. But then the clouds started to turn dark and there was a storm brewing so we had to go. Gammy, Kay and I went to DQ while Mom and Grammom got some goodies at the cheese and meat store.

Soon after that it was already 5:30 PM and time to go. We stopped and said good-bye to Cheryl while Grammom got some spinach and then we stopped to see Aunt Louise (Papa's Sister-in-Law). She was at a baseball game watching Mitchell. We stayed for a few minutes and visited and then we hit the road. My Mom said she had a really nice time visiting with everyone. She told me again how lucky I am to have such a nice family. I agree!

OH! And I lost another tooth when I was there! It was really loose and I wiggled it and wiggled it and after much examination by the ladies, my Mom finally grabbed a kleenex and yanked it right out! Aunt Kay gave me a dollar, Grammom gave me a dollar AND the tooth fairy came last night and left me a dollar and two quarters!

Also, I got new glasses! I think I need to go in and get them adjusted a little better, but I like them so far. They are different than my old ones because they are silver and the frames are a little more rectangle instead of round. Mom says now I really look like my Dad.

Today Mom and I are going to go down to the pool. It is going to be a hot day! What are your plans?
