Fall is here

Have you noticed the beautiful leaves outside? The oranges and reds and yellows are just amazing! Fall is definitely here! I know that for sure because I went on a school field trip to an apple orchard! There was a corn maze and we got to pick apples and raspberries and drink apple cider! It was so much fun. And we all got to bring home a little pumpkin!

Halloween is just around the corner. Mom and I bought my costume today! Can you guess what I am going to dress up as for Halloween? Are you going to dress up?

Also, I had my school pictures taken and Mom says they turned out "cute." I told her I am "handsome" NOT "cute." She just laughed. I don't think she listens to me.

At daycare last week when Mom got there, she hugged me and picked me up. (She was very lonesome for me because she hadn't seen me for a few days.) But that was no excuse! I flailed around in her arms and once she put me down I said, "Stop embarrassing me!" Doesn't she know that it's not cool to hug your Mom. Sheesh!

I should give her a break though because she has been super sick for like 10 days. But she is feeling MUCH better so I am happy about that. (She is in a way better mood now!)

I am learning at school to be a "bucket filler." That means that we all have buckets inside us and we can either fill up someone's bucket or we can empty it. Tonight Mom and I made cookies together and I told her, "Thanks for filling up my bucket!" She thought that was pretty neat. So to all of you... remember to fill up each other's buckets today!

Also, my two front teeth are loose!

I just can't sign off until I share some sad news. My Mom's friend Sarah Muller needs some support today. Her Dad died this afternoon. Please keep Sarah and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Sarah's dad was a dentist and when I was 3 years old he gave me my very first dental exam. He was a very nice man and was always joking around. He will be deeply missed by many.
