Excitement

Hi! A few big things have happened over the last few days...

First off, did you know you can check out TWO library books at a time once you get to first grade? How awesome is that?

Also, I lost another tooth! That is 4 teeth now that I have lost. They are all on the bottom so far. You'll never believe this... the tooth fairy gave me two whole dollars for it! My Mom said that "back in the olden days" she only used to get a quarter! Can you believe that?

And, the best part of my week... I moved up a belt in Karate class! Now, instead of just being plain white, it is white with a thick yellow stripe all the way through it! AND... now I change times and go at 5 PM instead of 4:30. That means that I am no longer a beginner! It was very exciting to get my new belt. It is a very big honor and everyone clapped for me. I felt very proud. I just hope I can keep up with the new class. Those kids really know what they are doing! I will let you know how it goes. :)

This weekend Mom and I are either going to a movie or going bowling. Maybe I can convince her to do both. Hee heee heeee! Sometimes, I give her this "look" and she just can't say no to me. It must be my boyish charm and charisma. Oh! And she said I could bring a friend! She's cool and all, but hangin' with a buddy is a little different than hangin' with my Mom. Know what I mean? And...if you are reading this... I love you Mom! (insert cute "look" here).
